The subject of the contract is complete and comprehensive performance of the documentation - cost estimate in the scope of construction, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, bill of distrms and investor cost estimates of comprehensive renovation and modernization with a change in the use of utility use of a usable service with an area of 67.19 m2 situated in Bubynku at Czerniakowska Street 205 in Warsaw for the Daily House of Staying for the Social Welfare Center. The premises should be retrofitted in installation and mechanical ventilation, and the area of the premises and the input should be adapted for people with disabilities.
