Description:
The subject of the fall is the implementation of the design documentation of the elevator replacement in the municipal use building at ul. Markinska 16 in Warsaw together with its implementation in the design and build system description and scope of the pollination as well as the principles and conditions for the implementation of the layout are specified in the designedprovisions of the contract and the functional and use program, constituting the integral part of SWZ. The contractor is obliged to have a civil liability policy for the performance of the contract, for the sum of insurance not less than 100,000.00 with the whole period of performance of the subject of the contract. The purpose of the correctPreparation of the offer, it is recommended that the Contractors make at its own cost of a local vision in the field, where he has the subject of pollination and obtaining (on his responsibility and risk) any information that can be relevant to the preparation of the offer.
