1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of project documentation for the reconstruction of building II and III at the Victorius villa complex as part of the task entitled: Adaptation of the Victorius villa at ul. Home Army 21-25 in Grudzidz for the needs of the High School of Fine Arts Jzef Czapski in Grudzidz. 2. The subject of the fall includes in the semi -details: 1) development of a construction project together with BIOZ information; 2) development of an executive project; 3) developing a technical design; 4) development of the pre -measure Robt I investor cost estimate; 5) developing technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction robs; 6) obtaining as part of the remuneration any Data, decisions, allow, consumed required by separate provisions, which will be necessary in the implementation of construction robs, including obtaining acceptance Urban Conservator of monuments and a decision on building permit; 7) exercising author's supervision according to the principles specified in 6 of the contract template, stating the capture No. 2 to SWZ.3.
