Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the update of the project and cost documentation of the deep thermomodernization of the Kindergarten building No. 59 at ul. Braniewska 8 in Bydgoszcz, in the scope and on the conditions specified in the specification of the terms of the contract with attachments, including in Annex 5 "Description of the subject of the order"
2. The contracting authority divided the order into parts, i.e. an order covering the thermomodernization of educational institutions in Bydgoszcz, the contracting authority intends to implement in parts regarding individual institutions, in separate proceedings.
3. The Ordering Party does not provide for The award of the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. For willing contractors, the contracting authority enables the local vision to take a local vision on 14.08.2025 at 13.30. Meeting place at the main entrance to the Kindergarten building No. 59 at ul. Braniewska 8 in Bydgoszcz. Participation in The meeting is not mandatory.
5. The Purchaser does not provide for the submission of the means of evidence in question.
