Description:
1. The subject of the order is to accelerate digital transformation processes through the development of digital services for the needs of Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. in Kartuzy, by supplying hardware and software in the range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
2. The subject of the order is financed from the Recovery and Resilience Instrument, implemented under investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating digital transformation processes in health care through further development of digital services in health care", which is an element of the component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system."
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with quantities for individual Parts is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - in the assortment and price form along with the required parameters.
4. The contractor undertakes within the scope of the subject orders to:
1) training of the Ordering Party's employees in the scope of the supplied hardware or software - applies to Parts No. 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 12
2) maintaining technical support of the manufacturer of the offered product for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol - applies to Parts No. 1,2,5,6,10,12,13,
3) care for the system of the offered product for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol - applies to Parts No. 3, 6, 9, 12, 13.
5. The products offered by the Contractor specified in Part No. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 10 that are the subject of deliveries must be:
1) factory new,...
