Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and launch of e-services in water and sewage activities in the Mrągowo commune.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" (also called OPZ).
The subject of the contract includes:
delivery and Implementation of the water meter remote reading system;
The contracting authority requires the delivery of a factory new, undamaged, not regenerated, which is not previously the subject of exhibitions and presentation, complete and ready for use (i.e. without any additional purchases and investments), not burdened with the rights of persons or third parties. Produced not earlier than 2025.
The contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of the contract in the scope and for the period described in detail in OPZ.
Conditions the warranty and the website must be no worse than the warranty conditions and service of the manufacturer of the offered equipment
