Implementation of the Electronic Record System i Settlement of the Child's Stay in kindergartens and nursery departments in kindergartens and the electronic student recruitment system in educational institutions of the Trzcianka commune The subject of the order is the implementation of the Electronic Registration System i Stay Settlement Children in kindergartens and nursery departments in kindergartens and an electronic student recruitment system in educational institutions of the Trzcianka commune, described in detail in Annex No. 5 to SWZ Description of the subject of the contract. Subject of the order is divided into two parts. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the contract. The parts of the order are: 1) part 1: Implementation of the Electronic Stay Record and Settlement System Children in kindergartens and departments nurseries in kindergartens; 2) part 2: Implementation of an electronic student recruitment system in educational institutions. 3. The aim of the project is: 1) Part 1. Introduction of an electronic attendance system in kindergartens branches kindergartens in schools and nursery departments in kindergartens (e-journal). This system will be used for records of children's attendance and settlements for stay and meals, which will improve accuracy and efficiency processes billing. The system will be implemented in 5 municipal kindergartens (including nursery units) and 4 kindergarten departments in the above-mentioned primary schools; 2) Part 2 Implementation...
