Description:
7.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of food vouchers enabling the Company's employees to purchase products in order to prepare preventive meals on their own. The Contractor will issue food products on the basis of bearer food vouchers. Vouchers Food certificates authorize authorized employees of the Ordering Party, presenting them, to collect food items for the amount of PLN 16.85. The final selection of food items constituting a given preventive meal will be made by the authorized employee at the time of redeeming the voucher. For the surplus over the above amounts the employee will pay himself. Each voucher will be issued for a given calendar month and will authorize the collection of food products only in that month. The food voucher documents will be prepared by the Ordering Party before the conclusion contracts. The maximum number of vouchers for the duration of the contract: 19,800, with the Ordering Party guaranteeing the order for the supply of 10,000 vouchers. The contractor to whom the order is awarded is obliged to ensure the issuance of food products from Monday to Saturday, from from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in 2 and more shopping outlets in the city of Mielec; in quantities of addictions...
