The subject of the contract is the performance of a functional and utilitarian (PFU) program with a conceptProject for the task Modernization of rooms for invasive radiology at the Regional Specialist Hospital dr Władysław Biegański in Grudziądz in accordance with the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and a description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ andThe planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
