3.1. Description of the subject of the skew. 4.4.1. The subject of the fitting is the delivery and implementation of the spatial information system for managing the water -system infrastructure in stationary form (applications: Przegldarkowa, Desktop) and mobile form (application: mobile available available after logging in Si for a browser application, from the web application) to the transfer devices. 4.4.2.
