Description:
The implementation of the individual transport service (door-to-door) will constitute an element of mobility support for the Participants of the Social Services in the City of Jale project covered by the support of assistant services. The purpose of the individual transport service (door-to-door) is to satisfy... social, health and cultural needs of people with disabilities. The service will be provided 7 days a week between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from January 2026. until May 2026, but not earlier than the date of signing the contract. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of shortening the service completion period due to using funds allocated for the implementation of the task. The transport service will be provided in particular to reach, among others: to cultural, sports and recreation institutions (cinema, swimming pool, museum), offices, health centers, medical appointments, places of religious worship. The service will be provided on-site Jasa and beyond, up to 40 km one way in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The estimated number of kilometers during the duration of the contract is 6,000.
