Description:
Delivery of IT hardware and software and implementation. As part of this part of the order, it is planned to purchase servers, disk arrays, system software and implementation services. The exact scope is specified in the SWZ together with its annexes. If in the documents constituting the description of the subject of the order, the indicated is the trade name of the company, goods or product, the ordering party - in relation to the parameters or data (technical or any other) indicated directly in the tender documentation, directly or indirectly identifying the goods or product - allows equivalent solutions consistent with the technical data and parameters included in the above-mentioned documentation. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions with parameters not worse than those required and included in the documentation. If the ordering party allows equivalent solutions described in the documentation, but does not provide minimum parameters, which would be equivalent confirmed, the contractor is obliged to offer a product with similar properties, functionally suitable for the required application.
