Description:
The subject of this order is the delivery and implementation of the SIS-RZ System supporting decision-making processes related to the operation of the reservoir retention system in the area of Bydgoszcz, operating on the basis of data provided by measurement devices and systems, and then processed byneural network (ANN) or other analogous artificial intelligence technique. The SIS-RZ system is to: 1. allow for the optimal use of the available infrastructure in terms of minimizing overloading of the rainwater drainage system and maximizing the collection and storage ofrainwater for in-situ use, 2. support decision-making processes, planning and operation of the reservoir retention system, and enable efficient acquisition, verification and collection of the required rainfall and control and measurement data, as well as their processing in real timewith the use of methods and techniques of artificial intelligence. The SIS-RZ system will be an autonomous expert system that will allow for automatic control of the amount of water in retention reservoirs depending on weather forecasts, forecast rainfall in stormwater drainage basins and dataprovided by measurement systems. The SIS-RZ system will be fully scalable, enabling the Employer to expand it in the future (including updating the artificial intelligence model used) with new infrastructural and control and measurement elements.
