Description:
The subject of the fall is to show comprehensive check-ups in the organization of the 11th edition of the International Scientific Conference of the Eurosteel 2026 in Krakow, hereinafter referred to as the conference, for 400 OSB, within 16-18.09.2026, in accordance with the conference program described in point 10. Rent rooms in which the conference program is implemented, including:- one room with a capacity of up to 500 people, used to open the conference on the first day and at the closure of the conference on the last day of the event,- 11 conference rooms used for daily deliberations conducted RwnoLegly, including 2 rooms for a minimum of 20 OSB and 9 rooms for a minimum of 40 OSB, with a sliding cian system and from the ability to large -size rooms. The conference room must be air -conditioned, equipped with access to wireless internet, multimedia projector, projection screen, minimum two microphones and chasing equipment, space for the speaker, laptop, flipchart with sheets of paper and with a set of markers, with additional multimedia monitors in the rooms or in the corridors.
