Description: 2. The subject of the contract is: "Construction of a complex of buildings of the Sports Center of the University of Gdańsk located in Gdańsk at ul. Wita Stwosza 31/37 ”.
3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) comprehensive construction of the building complex of the University of Gdańsk Sports Center with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development, located in Gdańsk at ul. Wita Stwosza 31/37 (hereinafter the "Sports Center") - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 6 to the Terms of Reference);
2) providing service, inspection and maintenance of all systems, installations and devices, construction and sports equipment (locksmiths and carpentry, facades, elements of small architecture, etc.) along with consumables whose servicing, inspection and maintenance are required by regulations and recommendations. ..
