1. The subject of the contract will be made in 3 parts:
a. Part I (hereinafter: "Part I") - performance Construction works in the part enabling the Ordering Party to function in the field of draining rainwater based on the decision sign kr. 4210.352.2023 of October 14, 2024 on a water permit (hereinafter: "Water -legal decision"), including all temporary works, not directly in the design documentation, which is necessary to start the drainage of rainwater from the airport based on a water law decision;
b. Part II (hereinafter: "Part II")-execution of other construction works (i.e. not covered by the grade of parts I, and making up the subject order, obtaining a permit for the use and the implementation of all other elements of the subject of the contract,
c. Part III (hereinafter: "Part III") - maintenance and benefits in the field of quality guarantee, warranty and provision of warranty and service service.
