Implementation of the investment consisting in the design of i construction of a recreation and sports complex in Żory as part of the project entitled: Round-the-clock business in Żory - development of degraded areas of the mining railway embankment for regional development purposes. The subject of the order is design and construction recreation and sports complex in Żory as part of the project entitled: "Business in Żory all the time - development of degraded areas of the mining railway embankment for the development purposes of the region" co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (Just Transition Fund), including: on: a) developing comprehensive, full-discipline design documentation with author's supervision and obtaining decisions necessary for implementation on its basis administrative, including decisions on building permits; b) execution, based on the developed design documentation, of construction works aimed at the construction of a recreation and sports complex along with land development and adaptation of the entire construction design to meet the needs of people with special needs; c) obtaining a final administrative decision authorizing the facility for use or another document authorizing the use of the facility in accordance with the law.
