Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of software for collecting and analyzing operation records in log systems, implementation and technical support.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes an integral part of the SWZ. Terms of order fulfillment: 1) The contractor undertakes to deliver software with licenses, to the registered office of the Ordering Party: - City and Commune Office in Otmuchow, ul. Zamkowa 6, 48-385 Otmuchw. - the contractor will notify the Ordering Party about the planned delivery and implementation date of the software at least 24 hours in advance. - delivery and implementation should take place in working hours of the City and Commune Office in Otmuchow.2. The contract will be considered duly performed: 1) after the contractor has delivered all software elements, 2) after the software has been implemented using electronic means (remote implementation). Implementation means the installation of the software on the Ordering Party's server, launching the management console.
