Krtk DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF IMPLEMENTATION: The System's task is to allow registered users to create, edit and transfer to the request for co-financing of the project under the Interreg Poland-Saxony 2014-2020 program within the framework of the CABORW system defined in the system. The application has the nature of the form containing a number of EN with veneering, which must be bought before its registration. The system allows: 1. Multiple submission of the application between WS and the User (Applicant or Beneficiary) to change or supplement the EN defined; 2. Inviting to create / edit the application of other Applicants, and beneficiaries; 3. Making employees regarding assessments of applications on defined assessment cards and their transfer to approval by the WS manager; 4. Creation by employees on the basis of a decision for the members of the Monitoring Committee in the program containing selected elements of the application for co-financing and summary of assessments; 5.
