- The subject of the order is the implementation of micro-courses for soft skills for students of the Rzeszow University of Technology. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Form: stationary workshops, lasting 180 minutes (3 hours) each edition2. Group: up to 20 people per edition (ultimately 15 participants).3. total: 15 schools (3 editions of each of the 5 topics) in the academic semester4. Schedule: 3 editions for each topic in the academic semester 2026/2027 (preferred autumn-winter period); dates agreed with the Career Office of the Rzeszow University of Technology.5. Each stationary training at the Rzeszow University of Technology lasts 3 hours. For everyone 3 editions of the topic are planned in the academic semester (preferably in the fall and winter period), up to 60 participants for each topic.6. The classes are interactive and practical, with an emphasis on translating the content into actions after the workshops and adapting to the realities of the first year of studies7. Performer provides training materials for each participant (in printed or PDF form), enabling continuation of work after completing the classes.
