- Description:
- The subject of the order is the construction of a platform of electronic public services based on the purchase of an integrated e-services software package together with implementation works, in order to provide public e-services in the field of local taxes for residents and entrepreneurs at level 5 of e-maturity and making public e-resources available to residents. The main task of the project is to provide residents and entrepreneurs with one place with e-service records with a uniform and simple interface that will be able to guide the office's client through the process of implementing a given case in an easy way. Additionally as part of the project, a mobile application dedicated to customers will be made available, enabling the implementation of most services on mobile devices. The sphere of providing e-services to customers will include areas such as: 1) Online payments and in the mobile application regarding personalized fees (e.g. local taxes), 2) Personalized information regarding taxes, documents and financial relations with municipalities, 3) Integration with the National Electronic Identification System in the field of user authentication, 4) Communication using application...
