The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the modernization of the medium voltage switchgear 45315100-9* St1 on the premises of the Specialist Hospital. L. Rydygiera w Krakowie Sp. z o. o. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in this Specification, in particular the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 1 to this Specification, as well as the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specification. Elements of the works not included in the offer calculation or not priced, but resulting directly from the tender documentation (Functional and Utility Program, Specification) are considered by the Ordering Party to be priced and included in offer, without the Contractor being able to make any claims in this respect. Due to the above, Contractors are required to carefully check the documentation and conditions prevailing in the investment area. The consequences of any errors in the offer calculation prepared by the Contractor shall be borne by the Contractor. he will anticipate all circumstances that may affect the price of the order.
