Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation and implementation of a central platform consisting of, among others from the system for managing services, configuration and integration and the website of the Olsztyn City Card (Web application) together with the mobile application, as described in the description constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract (OPZ).
2. The subject of the contract is:
1) as part of the basic order order:
(a) execution and implementation of the platform along with the delivery of documentation;
(b) ensuring the guarantee provision on the terms specified in the contract;
2) Under the law of option No. 1: execution of the contract consisting on extending the warranty immediately after the basic order for a maximum period of up to 25 months;
3) Under the right of option No. 2: Implementation of adaptation works on the principles described in the template of the contract constituting Annex 10 to SWZ.
3. Description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the template of the contract constituting Annex 10 to SWZ.
