Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply, implementation and maintenance of the system for remote reading of water meters, using GSM technology (LTE-M/NB-IOT) for transmission, and the supply and installation of water meters with overlays enabling remote readings.
2. The subject of the contract (material scope) includesIn particular:
• Delivery and replacement of 1,460 pieces of water meters operated in the Czernikowo commune for devices enabling remote reading and data transmission;
• delivery and assembly of 1,460 pieces of equipment on water meters (GSM overlays) used to read the state of water meters and data transfer to the IT systemfor a remote reading of water meters;
• Implementation, start and maintenance on the contractor servers in the SAAS model of the IT system for remote reading of water meters ensuring registration, processing, archiving and transferring to the purposes of the contracting authority data read from water meters, withthe possibility of their integration with software for settling customers in Hydrosoft water management-Anko System implemented at the Employer, in order to issue invoices based on data taken from the application of the implemented remote reading system;
• GSM telemetry service (LTE-M/NB-IOT)for data transmission between devices mounted on water meters and an IT system for remote reading of water meters, provided from the date of assembly of the first tranche of devices for a period of 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol;
