Konkts description of the subject of the skew: 1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of multi -branch design documentation (hereinafter referred to as: "Documentation) for the task entitled Increasing the energy efficiency of the Kotownia with the implementation of the ventilation and air conditioning installation in building 4, including the stages mentioned: 1) stage I - development of a construction project together with obtaining a decision on building permit, 2) stage II - development of executive design, STWIORB, bill of quality Robt, investor cost estimates. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the fall is specified in the SWZ - description of the subject of the sketch (OPZ) together with the exclusive one (in electronic form) entitled: Modernization of the installation in building No. 4 "including: ventilation, air conditioning, central heating installation (Kotownia), controlling machine (BMS), electric installation, construction works, developed by the Kamilla Galicka-Zys architectural studio companies, ul. Nawrot 42/1U, 90-014 D from 2022) and the designed contract provisions (PPU) 8 to SWZ.
