The procedure for awarding the contract is carried out in an open tender mode on the basis of "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A ...", adopted for use by resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of 01/08/2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law does not apply). 2.Type of order: service. 3. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a multi -branch project documentation project covering the reconstruction along with a change in the use of ground floor rooms for the needs of the clinic in Olsztyn. 4. The procedure to which this SWZ relates is marked with:KFZ/2025/WNP-017681/2. Contractors are obliged to rely on the above -mentioned designation in all contacts with the Employer. 5. Each of the contractors can submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the verses determined in SWZ in electronic form. 6. The contracting authority does not allow the possibilitysubmission of partial offers. 7. The Ordering Party does not require a bid bond. 8.
