• Description:
• I. 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of pre -performance expertise - the location of the places of the Sichrava, determining the scope of protective activities in the Natura 2000 area on Policy PLH120012.
  2. Executions of the scope of the subject of this order (including a detailed description of the manner of implementation,Indirect terms) specifies Annex 9 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
  3. The order is awarded in parts, the estimated value of the processed part: 44247.97 PLN net.
  II. The offer in the proceedings is made, under pain of nullity in electronic form, i.e. in electronic formprovided with a qualified electronic signature.
  III. 1. Documents submitted by the Contractor together with the offer:
  1) completed offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ);
  2) 2) completed list of additional expert experience (Annex 1a to SWZ), if the contractor wants to receive additional points inAssessment criteria;
