- The subject of the order is the provision of nursing services for residents of the Veteran Social Welfare Home in Bytom, going beyond the scope of nursing services provided within the scope of primary care for 128 residents of the DPS. The legal basis for the provision of these services is Art. 58 paragraph 4 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 901, as amended). A social assistance home may cover expenses incurred for necessary nursing services to the extent exceeding the rights arising from the provisions on health care services financed from public funds. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
