Description of the subject of the order: 1) Description of the part of the order, if the ordering party allows the submission of partial offers: The ordering party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 2) The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new wheeled backhoe loader, without joints, year of production 2025, counter reading not higher than 10 mth, in accordance with the detailed description of the technical and operational parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ).3) The detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is set out in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.2. The ordering party requires a warranty for a period of 3 years or 3,000 hours. The warranty period depends on contractor and is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.3. Any indication in the order documents constituting a description of the subject of the order of proprietary names, trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services - is not intended to violate Art. 16 Pzp. and art. 99 section 4 Pzp, but in particular serve the implementation of Art. 17 section 1 point 1 and 2 of the Pzp.
