Description:
Delivery of mobile power generator no. 1 in the quantity of 1 piece. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of mobile power generating unit.2. The Ordering Party requires that the equipment delivered as part of the subject of the order be put into operation on the day of delivery.3. The Contractor is obliged to make arrangements with the Ordering Party the day and time of delivery of the subject of the order, taking into account the working hours of the Ordering Party.4. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order personally and to take part in its commissioning in order to determine any damage or shortcomings in delivery.5. Delivered by the Contractor Goods that do not comply with the description of the subject of the order are considered missing.6. If it is found that the Contractor delivers damaged goods or fails to deliver them, he is obliged to deliver them at his own expense on the next business day to the Ordering Party's office.7. Each delivery item included of these proceedings, it should be brand new, have no traces of use, and have the original packaging.8.
