- The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of materials/equipment as part of the task under the name of the implementation of the Oloc program in 2025 in the commune of Winice Warckie in the field of its tasks, as part of the National Program for the Protection of Population and Civil Defense Protection 2025-2026 adopted resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of On May 27, 2025 (M. P. from 2025, item 541), the financing system for the protection of population and civil defense, resulting from the Act of 5 December 2024 on the protection of population and civil defense (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1907, as amended). OLiOC in equipment necessary to carry out tasks in crisis situations, disasters, mass events, large-scale, violent atmospheric phenomena, CRBN threats during war. The task will consist in the delivery of brand new assortment in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
