3.1. The subject of the contract is:
Implementation of the Platform Dynamic Road Information System at the Provincial Road Administration in Olsztyn.
3.2. Design of the subject of the contract:
3.2.1. The main purpose of the project is to improve the safety in transport, which is a response to the diagnosed region's problem.
3.2.2. The main goal will be achieved through:
3.2.2.1. The construction of the Dynamic Road Information Platform using information stored in the Public E-Services Platform database, tools for running road property.
3.2.2.2. Integrations of the dynamic information platform road with a mobile application providing information on maintenance (grass mowing, surface painting, snow removal) and other events causing traffic difficulties (accidents, collisions, landslides, surface damage, damage to vertical/horizontal marking).
3.2.2.3.integrations Dynamic road information platform with road safety devices (image from cameras supplemented with full information from weather stations with environmental conditions (air temperature, surface temperature, freezing point temperature, surface condition, foundation temperature, Relative air humidity, dew point temperature, type of precipitation, precipitation intensity, wind speed, wind gust, visibility, atmospheric pressure).
