Description:
The subject of the contract are services in the field of preparation of project and cost documentation together with the author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation being the subject of this contract.
Subject of the order (each of its parts) includes the performance of II tasks:
A. Talking and - developing project and cost estimate documentation;
B. Talking II - Performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the project documentation being the subject of this contract.
The subject of the contract has been divided in two parts
A. Czeszi i-implementation of project and cost documentation with author's supervision covering the task: construction of mid-forest water ponds in the Osowo forestry, Potulice
b Stone and wooden thresholds in the Podga, Gronowo forestry.
The subject of the contract includes the performance of the following scope of work:
a) Preparation of the initial implementation of tasks (1 copies), consisting of:
-reet the technical parameters of the facilities, while taking into account the location and terrain,
-indicating the optimal solutions together with the determination of the possibility of obtaining assumed parameters planned for implementation,
-setting up the hydrological calculations before starting the project,
-establishing the design assumptions of the facilities.
