Description:
The scope of the order includes:
1) The implementation and transfer of the Employer Project and Corbian documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of a given building in the scope described in detail in the guidelines for the development of project and cost documentation,
2) obtaining and transferring to the Ordering Party for a given buildingdecision of the Faculty of Architecture and Monuments of the City of Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as WAIZ UM) of the building permit together with confirmation of submitting the application at WaIZ UM
to issue a certificate that the decision became final/obtaining
and the submission of a certificate of a certificate of lack of grounds to bring to the contracting authorityOpposition to the intention to carry out construction works in accordance with art. 30 para. 5aa of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law,
3) Performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works covered by the developed documentation.
