- The subject of the contract are services in the field of preparation of project and cost documentation together with the author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation being the subject of this contract. Subject of the order (each of its parts) includes the performance of II tasks: Task I - development of project and cost documentation together with obtaining a building permit; Task II - Performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of project documentation being the subject of this contract. The subject of the contract was divided into four parts: Part I-execution of project and scoop documentation together with author's supervision covering the task: construction of a fire tank in Dębina forestry. Part II-execution of project and scoop documentation with author's supervision Tasks: Construction of a fire tank in the forestry in Dzierżązno Małe. Part III-execution of project and scoop documentation together with the original supervision of the task: Construction of a fire tank in the Dębowa Gora Forestry. Part IV-implementation of project and scoop documentation with supervision Author's task: Construction of a fire tank in the Dolina forestry.
