- The subject of the contract are services in the field of preparing project and cost documentation, including obtaining all the necessary opinions/arrangements/permits/decisions, and where it is necessary along with the design of fish passes, enabling the order and execution of construction works together withPerforming author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of project documentation being the subject of this contract.
The subject of the contract (each of its parts) includes the performance of tasks in the form of:
development of project -cost documentation together withobtaining a final building permit or confirmation of the lack of grounds to object to the works.
