- The subject of the contract are services in the field of preparation of project and cost documentation, including obtaining all the necessary opinions/arrangements/permits/decisions, and where it is necessary, along with the design of fish passes, enabling the order and execution of construction works together with Pauthorization of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of project documentation being the subject of this contract.
The subject of the contract (each of its parts) includes the performance of tasks in the form of:
Development of project -cost documentation and usea final decision on a building permit or confirming the lack of grounds to object to the works.
Performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of project documentation being the subject of this contract.
OrderingY divided the order into parts and thus allowed the partial offers syntactly referred to in Article, 7 point 15) of the PZP. The subject of the contract was divided into two parts:
Part I - implementation of project and scoop documentation together with author's supervision covering the tasks: construction, transConstruction of water equipment at the Barlinek Forest District.
Part II-implementation of project and cost documentation together with the author's supervision of the task: construction, reconstruction of water equipment on watercourses outside the management of the Barlinek Forest District.
