Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of project and cost documentation for the renovation of the building at ul. v. Elbieta 3 in Wroclaw in accordance with the nomenclature of CPV (Wspolny Department) 71240000-2 architectural, innary and planning. 2. The scope of the fall includes: 1) performance iProviding the ordering documentation to the Employer Documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of the building in the scope detailed in the guidelines for the development of project and cost documentation and a protocol from the building review in the field of fire protection, 2) obtaining and transferring the Ordering Partythe decision of the Faculty of Architecture and Monuments of the City of Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as WaIZ UM) permission to build a building together with confirmation of the application in WaIZ UM to announce that the decision has become final/ obtaining and transferring to the Ordering Employment a notification of a lack of grounds for objection to an objection tointention to make construction robs in accordance with art. 30 para. 5aa of the Construction Law3) Penienie of author's supervision during the implementation of construction robs developed developeddocumentation.
