- The subject of the contract is the implementation of complete project documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) together with obtaining the opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by the provisions of the Construction Law, and the author's supervision for the following sentences:
Part 1 - Reconstruction of the bridge inv.223/70 in the Police forestry;
part 2 - construction of the bridge in the StaΕcowa forestry on the road 220/495;
part 3 - Reconstruction of the culvert no. 223/80 in the StaΕcowa forestry.
Part 4 - Reconstruction of the culvert no. 223/81 in the StaΕcowa forestry.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
WThe composition of the document being subject to the subject of the contract will include:
design documentation containing:
construction project to the extent taking into account the specifics of construction works.
technical and executive design.
cost estimate containing:
investor cost estimate made in accordance with the RegulationMinister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on determining the methods and grounds for preparing an investor cost estimate, calculating planned design costs and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws 2021 item 2458),
