- The subject of the contract are services in the field of preparation of project and cost documentation together with the author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation being the subject of this contract.
Subject of the order (each of its parts) includes the performance of II tasks:
A. Talking and - development of project and cost documentation;
B. Talking II - Performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of project documentation being the subject of this contract.
The subject of the contract has been divided in three parts:
A. part and-execution of project documentation and author's supervision for the construction of small retention facilities in the Tuczno Forest District-in the task: "Regulation of water relations in LeΕnicory Trzcinno No. 1".
B. Parta II - execution of project documentation and author's supervision on The construction of small retention facilities in the Tuczno Forest District-in the task: "Construction of three valves on a ditch in ZΕotowo Forestry".
C. Parta III - execution of project documentation and author's supervision for the construction of small retention facilities in the Tuczno Forest District - in the task Mon.: "Regulation of water relations in forestry Trzcinno No. 2".
However, the offer submitted to a given part must include the entire scope of work provided for in SWZ for this part.
