Description:
The subject of the contract is: 1) performing a program and spatial concept, including analyzes and updates: a) technical opinions/expertise, fire protection for current provisions of the Construction Law and the Act on fire protection as well as executive acts and standards together with spare conditionsfrom KW PSP in relation to non -compliance, which cannot be eliminated in the course of reconstruction, b) renewable energy analysis with an energy audit and c) performing an expertise of the state of emergency installations located in the plots, d) execution of a construction designbasic power supply line, e) obtaining technical conditions for connecting to the power, water supply, sewage (rain and sanitary) and teletechnical networks together with the design of connections, 2) implementation of a comprehensive construction project (land development project,Architectural and construction project), including obtaining a conservation permit, building permit decision, decision on the demolition of building B and the construction of a transformer station for the basic power supply line and other necessary; 3) execution of technical and executive projectsalong with the cost estimate and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works; 4) exercising author's supervision, including updating investor cost estimates and providing explanations to the questions of potential contractors in the public procurement procedure atexecution...
