- The subject of the plan is to show a check consisting in making complete design documentation (with necessary arrangements, opinions, administrative decisions) for the reconstruction of the worship of the building of the Municipal Culture Center in Poronin (old cinema) together with obtaining a decision permit for a building or building permit notification of failure to object to the construction of construction robs by way of a decision. Built -up area: 513.25 m2. Documentation should include in the seizures of maps for design, construction design, executive design, bills of robt, investor cost estimate, technical specifications Execution and collection of construction robs (STWIORB) all necessary industrial arrangements and opinions required by law. The design documentation should contain architectural and construction solutions, which will be in accordance with the law in the provisions of the Construction Law and files executive, as well as in accordance with the applicable standards and a local spatial development plan.
