Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the task of developing project documentation together with obtaining necessary opinions, considering and administrative decisions necessary to accomplish the investment task entitled Reconstruction of poviat road No. 1 169 at km 4+490 5+825 in Rydzw. The scope of design includes the reconstruction of poviat road No. 1 169, consisting in designing, among others road surface structure, pedestrian roads, dehydration of the road lane and platforms 2. A detailed Robt scope is specified in Chapter III of this SWZ, the work of the Claw must be carried out in accordance with a detailed description of the subject of the sort of poll. 3. The subject of the fall is called in the further content of the specification of the Claim Conditions, the subject of the sketch; 4. The implementation of the fall is subject to Polish law, including in the Sorcades of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, the Act of 11 Book of 2019, the Law of the Public Colds and the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law;
