Description:
The subject of the contract includes:
1. In the framework of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: "Basic Order"), the implementation of project and costing documentation together with the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions allowing the implementation of the investment of the construction of seven beards in the Ujsoło Forest District in accordance with with a description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ),
2. In the framework of the order covering the option (hereinafter referred to as the "option"), performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of
