Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery of an ecological mug with a cork bottom in a circulation of 6,950 pieces.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ), containing the requirements and terms of the performance of the contract, is an attachment to this specification of the terms of the contract.
3. RefrigerantHe may annul the contract for awarding, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to finance all or part of the contract, was not granted to him.
4. Pursuant to art. 256 of the PZP Act, the Employer may cancel the contract award procedure respectivelybefore the deadline for submitting bids, if there were circumstances causing that the proceedings be continued to be unjustified.
5. The order must be processed in accordance with the requirements set out in this SWZ, OPZ and PPU.
