Description:
1. The subject of the contract is conducting qualitative research - a total of 30 individual deepened interviews (IDI and/or optionally TDI) in the cross -section on the below, the groups of respondents and 1 focused group intelligence (FGI):
a) 16 individual deepened interviews (IDI and/or optionally TDI) with Lesser Poland employers in Przekroj to the criteria indicated by the Employer, including Enterprise size, PKD section, location of the employer's seat (min. 50% based outside Krakow, etc.). The contracting authority may present recommendations regarding some of the Lesser Poland employers;
b) 6 individual deepened interviews (IDI and/or optionally TDI) with employment agencies operating in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (employment agencies, recruitment agencies, and Headhuntersian companies). The contracting authority may provide recommendations regarding Lesser Poland employment agencies active on the regional market;
c) 4 individual deepened interviews (IDI and / or optionally TDI) with representatives of local public employment services / local labor market institutions;
d) 4 individual deepened interviews (IDI and/or optionally TDI) with representatives of local relationships professional;
e) 1 focused group intelligence (FGI), with a group of about 8-10 respondents, including: representatives of universities and research units conducting research in the field of stereotypes and prejudices in the labor market and migration policy, representative of Małopolska employers, representative lok...
