• Implementation of a recruitment and settlement system for nurseries and its maintenance 3.2. The subject of the order is the implementation of a nursery recruitment and settlement system and its maintenance, including: 3.2.1. The subject of the Agreement under the basic order is: 1)Execution by the Contractor for the benefit of the Ordering Party of Stage I of the contract consisting in conducting a Pre-Implementation Analysis and preparing a System Analysis document, 2) Performance of the contract by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of Stage II, consisting in the implementation and adapting to the needs of the Ordering Party and launching the Test Version of the System, in accordance with the Agreement, and in particular with Annex No. 1 to the Agreement and the System Analysis document, 3) Performance of the contract by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of Stage III, consisting in launching the Production Version of the System on the Contractor's infrastructure dedicated to the Ordering Party, based on the Test Version of the System from Stage II, launched and approved by the Ordering Party, 4) Performance by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of Stage IV of the contract, consisting in the provision of Maintenance Services for the Test Version of the System and the Production Version of the System for a period of 12 months, 5) Providing the Ordering Party with Documentation - in accordance with the requirements indicated in Annex No. 2 to contracts, 6) Conducting training for 2 Chief Administrators and 450 Operators in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 6 to the Agreement, 7) Migration of data indicated by the Ordering Party from the one currently used by...
