Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of water meters for 2,350 water consumption points (100% of water recipients served by the Szamocin Commune) along with remote reading overlays as well as software and ICT devices to support remote reading, including its commissioning and training.employees. Delivery of devices for measuring the water supply network and water treatment plants, as well as devices for detecting water leaks and detecting water fittings.
The remote water meter reading system includes devices and the necessary software, based on cloud technology, enablingproviding automatic radio reading of water meters. The reading will be made using a portable terminal with a transmitting and receiving system communicating bidirectionally with radio modules mounted directly on the water meters.
In terms of system instrumentation, the contractor will provide two setscomputer outputs with monitors, an additional computer monitor with the technical parameters described in Annex No. 2 and the software of the dispatcher's station.
The central point of the monitoring system will be the "dispatcher's station" (SD) equipped with a standard computer (PC) with a modemabout the reception of incoming data and the installed program for receiving, archiving, configuring recorders and full analysis of measurement data.
Single-station software is provided for data archiving and analysis, which can be expanded in the future with additional analytical stations...
