Description:
The subject of this procedure is the implementation of renovation and modernization tasks of the traction network divided into 4 tasks: Task 1 - Modernization of complete hanging network suspensions; Task 2 - main renovation of the traction network of station tracks on the prt Wejherowo siding; Task 3 - replacement Traction network equipment; Task 4- modernization of the traction network at the Gdynia Parking Cisowa station together with the right of options in the scope of this task. The vaulted scope of the order in terms of task 4 includes:- design service and construction works described in PFuzakres orders covered by law Task 4 options include: Option I - construction works described in PFU option II - construction works described in PFU Option III - construction works described in pfuzamami can use the right option in full, not use or use in part. Exercising the right of options is one -sided the entitlement of the Ordering Party. Failure by the Ordering Party by the right of the right options does not give rise to any claims against the contracting authority. The rules regarding the implementation of the scope of the order covered by the law will be the same as those that apply in the implementation of the guaranteed scope of the order. The rules for determining the price of the guaranteed scope of the order and the scope of the order covered by the law are included in this SWZ.
