Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of service A to the Employer, consisting in transporting postal items. The Contractor is obliged to accept postal items for transport in places and dates specified in the service schedule A, constituting Annex 1 to draft contract, and their issuing in places and dates specified in this attachment.
The Contractor undertakes to provide the Service to the Ordering Party A, consisting in transporting freight parcels, the content of which may be Sent or dangerous goods within the meaning of Art. 2 pkt 4) of the Act on August 19, 2011 on the transport of hazardous materials allowed for transport on the conditions specified in the provisions of the provision of services. The contractor is obliged to accept freight shipments for transport in places and dates specified in the service schedule A, and their issuing in places and dates specified in this attachment.
As part of the provision of service A, if the place of substitution is not an organizational unit of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to load / discharge freight shipments by checking compliance The number of charged items with a transport letter or other transfer document.
